Leader- Promotion aid of the EU for the region

Like already in the past years, two local action groups in the Rhein-Hunsrueck Municipality have been responsible that within the promotion time frame of the European Union from 2007 to 2013, allowances from Bruxelles would flow into multiple individual projects again. Thereby, the “LAG Hunsrueck“and the “LAG World Heritage site of Upper Middle Rhine Valley” are part of the 12 regions in Rhineland-Palatinate which would participate in the programme. By this integration, of not only public organizations but also of economic and social partners in the process, from finding ideas and project development right up to the implementation, Leader is placed on a wide base. Amounts totaling to millions are available for innovative ideas from the region and for the region itself.
