New employment opportunities for the region

The Regionalrat, in close coordination with the district, the employment agency and the Consortium Rhein-Hunsrueck, participates in the project “Regional Employment Developer” since the year 2006. The task of the Employment Developer is to ascertain the potential of the regional employment market and to create new operational jobs together with the companies. Possible spheres of activity are the detection of additional positions within companies, further development of local economies, the creation of regional branch profiles and the conception of appropriate qualification strategies. Apart from that, he is an important contact person of the commercial economy in all employment-related matters.
